At Virtus Connect, our home care services are designed to make your days easier. We are here to support you to live safely in the comfort of your own home.

Before we start working with you, we will visit you at your home to understand your needs and preferences. We will get to understand your lifestyle and what’s important to you, and we will work with you and your loved ones to create a tailored care programme for you.

We provide a range of services, from social care to personal care, whether it’s an hour a week or full-time care. Our home care services are also available on a short-term basis, for example after an operation, or if your usual carer takes a break, also known as respite care. We are flexible, and will tailor our home care services to your needs.
